About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to assist our growing user base. You will be the face of LicenceBot, helping customers resolve issues and answering their questions.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat
- Troubleshoot technical issues and report bugs to the engineering team
- Create and update help center articles
- Provide feedback to the product team based on customer interactions
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in a customer support role
- Familiarity with help desk software (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom)
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Patience and empathy
