About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to assist our growing user base. You will be the face of LicenceBot, helping customers resolve issues and answering their questions.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and report bugs to the engineering team
  • Create and update help center articles
  • Provide feedback to the product team based on customer interactions

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience in a customer support role
  • Familiarity with help desk software (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom)
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
  • Patience and empathy
